My Approach
My approach to supervision and consultation is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity.
I aim to create a space where you feel both supported and appropriately challenged. I believe meaningful growth happens when you can explore your work openly—without fear of judgment—while also receiving honest, thoughtful feedback.

- Direct, respectful feedback
- Attention to the therapeutic relationship and process
- Exploration of identity, culture, and power dynamics in clinical work
- Encouragement to develop your own authentic clinical style
I draw from my experience with Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, CBT and Attachment theories to tailor supervision to your developmental level and goals.
