My Approach

My approach to supervision and consultation is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity.

I aim to create a space where you feel both supported and appropriately challenged. I believe meaningful growth happens when you can explore your work openly—without fear of judgment—while also receiving honest, thoughtful feedback.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A balance of reflection and practical skill-building
  • Direct, respectful feedback
  • Attention to the therapeutic relationship and process
  • Exploration of identity, culture, and power dynamics in clinical work
  • Encouragement to develop your own authentic clinical style

I draw from my experience with Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, CBT and Attachment theories to tailor supervision to your developmental level and goals.

What to Expect

Our sessions are structured but flexible, based on your needs.

You can expect:

  • Thoughtful discussion of cases and clinical questions
  • Opportunities for role-play and skill practice (if helpful)
